Shipping policy

When you purchase goods from this site, the goods will be delivered through your method of choice - either standard delivery via post or click & collect from our North Store location. 

Items will be sent or ready for collection as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays. 

Australia Post estimate delivery times as below:

2-4 business days for delivery within Queensland

3-6 business days for delivery to other states

Postage will be charged in addition to the price of the goods you purchase. 

Please provide us with complete and accurate delivery information, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or person as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
